Master Machine Corporation Acquired by Vantage Associates, Inc.
We are delighted to announce that on 27 May 2003, Vantage Associates, Inc. completed the purchase of the assets and business of the Master Machine Corporation of San Diego. We plan to operate the business at its present location in National City, California. Substantially all of the current staff has been retained and will be the nucleus for planned future growth.

The business will be operated as Vantage Master Machine Company (VMMC) and will continue in its specialization of providing quality, precision, metal machining and fabrication services for aerospace, military, and commercial customers.
